Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel Within 14 Days
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason. Yvette offers the same right to every client, wherever you live. The 14 days start on the day you pay.
2. How to Cancel
Email info@bioresonancescans.com with your name, the date of your order and a sentence saying you want to cancel. You can use the model form in section 7, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your email before the 14 days end.
3. Your Refund
Yvette refunds you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the same payment method you used.
4. If Your Scan Has Already Started
Your scan begins only when your intake form and photo reach Yvette, and only if you ticked the box at checkout asking for it to start within the 14 days.
- If you cancel before Yvette begins work on your scan, you receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after your first 360° visualization and four still images have been created, you receive $75 USD back.
- If you cancel after the remote energizing and second visualization, you receive $30 USD back.
- Once your report has been delivered, your scan is complete and the right to cancel ends.
5. Other Refunds
Unsuitable photographs. If your photograph can't be used, Yvette emails you to ask for a better one before beginning your scan.
A scan that isn't possible for you. If it turns out a scan cannot be done for you, for example because of a contraindication listed on the order page, you receive a full refund.
Duplicate payments. Accidental or duplicate payments are refunded in full once verified.
Technical delivery problems. If you don't receive your completed scan because of a technical or delivery problem on our side, contact Yvette and she will resend your materials or otherwise make it right.
