1. About This Service
See Your Aura provides a technology-assisted 360° biofield visualization and personal interpretation, delivered remotely by Yvette Farkas, for $150 USD per scan. By ordering, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Wellness Disclaimer and the Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
This service is intended for adults. Anyone under eighteen requires the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A scan cannot be done at this time for anyone with a pacemaker, who is pregnant, who has epilepsy, or who has had a stroke. Anyone with a sensitivity to electromagnetism, or with metal in the body (not including dental metal or an IUD), should contact Yvette before ordering. Clients uncertain about eligibility should contact Yvette before ordering.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Delivery is normally within ten business days of payment, the completed intake form and a suitable photograph all being received.
4. Nature of the Service
See Your Aura is a complementary wellness and self-reflection service. It is not a medical test, diagnosis or treatment. See the Wellness Disclaimer for full detail.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate intake information and a suitable photograph, and to use the service for your own personal, lawful, wellness-related purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The website content, visualization technology, methodology and report format remain the property of See Your Aura. Your own scan images, videos and report are provided to you for personal use.
7. Limitation of Liability
See Your Aura and Yvette Farkas provide this service on an "as available" basis and make no guarantee of a particular physical, emotional or wellness outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Your Aura and Yvette Farkas are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
